SUPPLIER SELECTION FOR IMPROVING SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE

Supplier selection played a role in developing industry performance. It was one of the critical issues supply chain management. This study illustrated applying decision-making procedure for supplier on KUD Dau Batu by ANP and fuzzy TOPSIS. Four suppliers (Princi, Gading Kulon, Petung Sewu, Kucur) thought qualified procuring milk. The first step determined weight criteria sub-criteria that impacted strategic ANP. approach showed cost top priority. next to defuzzification ranking four from Kucur best milk compared other supplier.
